The role

SoFi is looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Regulatory Relations, Business Controls & Credit Strategy organization. The Administrative Assistant will support the organization by providing administrative support with various tasks. This role is responsible for increasing the efficiency of the team by providing secondary support across complex and confidential requests. A successful Administrative Assistant will work with theRegulatory Relations, Business Controls & Credit Strategy team to ensure comprehensive and day-to-day administrative support.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in coordinating complex and ever-changing private and commercial travel arrangements both domestic and international
  • Own scheduling and coordination of regulatory meetings and partner closely with Executive Assistants and cross functional teams
  • Offer dedicated support in managing multiple calendars as directed.
  • Provide administrative assistance for ongoing projects and work with the SVP and leaders to ensure initiatives and projects are on track regarding timeline and content, providing early warning of any potential concerns.
  • Offer assistance on recurring events, including logistics coordination for on-site and off-site meetings as well as quarterly board meetings.
  • Special projects as assigned

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives, including calendar, travel, and expense report management.
  • Excellent computer skills and a strong grasp of GSuite, Google calendar, Zoom, Navan, Concur, and Slack
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last-minute changes
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong scheduling and calendar prioritization skills
  • Experience at a tech company and or financial services preferred
  • Experience with private travel is a plus but not required
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
