The role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer with a strong focus on the Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation of HR services.

What you’ll do:

Design and Development: Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business requirements.

Implementation: Lead the implementation of HRSD modules, including creating workflows, forms, and reports.

Integration: Integrate ServiceNow HRSD modules with other systems and applications as needed to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD modules, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements to existing HRSD solutions.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with a focus on HRSD modules.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflows, and data integration. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules is required.
Extensive knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Rest URLs.
Build system integrations using Integration Hub and Rest API
Proficient with JavaScript, XML, JSON, Java
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Experience with HRSD implementation
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
