We are seeking a results-driven Global Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling within the North America region. The role will involve managing and building out relationships within existing Taulia enterprise customers, and accountability will extend to overall relationship returns, the cross-selling of new Taulia solutions, as well as expansion and uplevelling of executive relationships including securing the participation of customers executives at Taulia events.
The qualified candidates will possess a proven track record of complex enterprise selling and relationship management within relevant business process and/or solution areas. This may include financial supply chain / working capital / trade finance / cash management / treasury.
You will be responsible for leading sales efforts within your assigned territory to identify, qualify, develop and close contract renewals and up-sales to existing Taulia customers.
You will leverage partners and alliances as required to assist you in achieving your objectives.
The right individual will be an essential part of Taulia’s sales team and must possess an ability to work creatively and autonomously in a rapidly growing environment. The incumbent will have the ability to truly help shape the growth of our business.
This position will report to the Global Head of Account Management, who is based in North America.
Develop and maintain an actionable territory business plan that ensures attainment of assigned revenue targets
Develop and close sales for existing Taulia customers for Taulia’s entire solution suite
Lead the negotiation and successful execution of the renewal of existing Taulia contracts
Proactively ensure that business relationships are expanded at all levels within customer organisations
Keep abreast of any new developments or competitive information that may enhance or threaten existing revenue
Assess and action against current and future customer needs
Work with other Taulia business stakeholders to develop replies to RFI and RFP's, where necessary
Work closely with the Taulia Marketing team to secure the participation of Taulia customers at internal and external events
Solicit and provide feedback from Taulia customers to the Taulia Product team to enhance product development tied directly to customer needs
Extensive experience selling business solutions to Global 2000 business executives, especially to the CFO, CPO, heads of Treasury, Procurement and IT
Proven and consistent successful track record of annual revenue target attainment
Strong professional business acumen and ability to communicate business value propositions to senior executives within the Global 2000
A strong understanding of the financial operational process within the Global 2000
An expert in team selling environments with strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, in addition to being flexible and quick thinking
Ability to lead business case development workshops, produce business case reports, and lead multi-stakeholder and executive meetings
Ability to build trust and credibility and manage complex contract negotiations
Ability to travel where required
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or relationship management
Nice to Have:
Fluency in additional regional languages
Supply chain finance, receivables finance, securitization or inventory finance experience
SaaS, SAP or financial services expertise
